SUMMARY
1kB4K was a program rebrand I worked on at Kent District Library. the program promoted reading before school years to aid in child development. I got to work with contracted illustrators to get all new Michigan animals and their habitats to liven up the program.
Goal
Reimagine the 1kB4K brand while preserving the essence of the program and its connection to KDL. The goal is to create a visually appealing identity that resonates with both the children and their parents involved in the program.

IMPACT
Growing up with a reading disability left me with a deep dislike for reading. That's why working on a program that helps so many kids develop their reading skills was so meaningful to me. Knowing I played a crucial role in a program that makes a difference, so these kids won't have to struggle like I did, made this one of my most meaningful projects.
